I am an advocate for patient-focused medical management and breaking barriers of healthcare disparities in the field of headache medicine. Treating and connecting with my patients has allowed me to realize the power that education has on mindset and clinical outcomes. I am a huge proponent of combining that education with lifestyle principles of wellness (exercise, nutrition, meditation, etc.) to serve as treatments for my headache patients. I am passionate about encouraging patients to take back their control and live unapologetically.
